Generalised / Chronic Anxiety (Burnout)

Chronic or Generalised Anxiety is prolonged, persistent and constantly present. Symptoms may last for long periods and your inability to exert control adds to feelings of powerlessness and vulnerability.
Burnout refers to Chronic Anxiety which is primarily related to the pressures and stressors of the workplace, jobs and professions.
Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
